About Clarence Pineda

Clarence’s entry into real estate was sparked by the purchase of his first home. Years later, his realtor, a friend and mentor, needed someone to host open houses and encouraged him to get his license, which he did in 2010. 

Whether working with first-time buyers or those looking for an upgrade, Clarence loves helping clients navigate what can be a stressful experience. As a long-distance runner and meditator, he’s able to push through and stay calm when challenges arise. “Buying a home is the biggest financial transaction for most people,” he says, “and I want to make it as seamless as possible.”

Coming to the US from the Philippines at a young age after losing his mother to cancer, Clarence understands the service he’s providing isn’t just about the house, but the relationships, too.

His organized, detailed working style—honed over 20 years of professional experience—ensures his clients’ needs are always met, no matter what. Clarence lives in Kalorama with his husband and dog. When they’re not taking long runs at Rock Creek Park, you’ll find them at their beach house, dining out or traveling.
