Raised on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, Brad is a third-generation Annapolitan. That’s someone who is from an idyllic area of the country called Annapolis, Maryland. Annapolis is one of those quaint places that became an escape haven during the pandemic, and we aren’t sure sales have normalized since they spiked in 2020. Securing more than half a billion in waterfront property sales, including the highest sale ever in Anne Arundel County at $12 million, Brad is known for his impeccable service, eye for detail, and outstanding negotiating skills.
